Welcome to CoreCivic's Resident Concern Line information page. For purposes of this Concern Line, a 'resident' is any individual housed at a CoreCivic facility or otherwise under CoreCivic's care. This may include inmates, detainees, or residential reentry center residents.
When reporting concerns, residents and family members are encouraged to start locally at the facility, as the facility is in the best position to address most questions and concerns. Facility information and phone numbers can be located here.
If you have a question regarding visitation, trust accounts/commissary, mail procedures and addresses, or transfer or housing requests, please see the facility's page here.
If you choose to contact the Resident Concern Line (and not the facility directly), please note it is not an emergency, Suicide Prevention, or PREA reporting line. And while you may report matters 24 hours per day, your report may not be viewed until the next business day. If your question or concern requires immediate attention, please contact the facility directly.
When contacting the Resident Concern Line, the more information you provide, the better we are able to address your concerns. Please be prepared to provide all relevant information, such as the resident's name and, if known, their agency number (DOC number or ICE A-number), the location where the individual is housed, and any dates, times, or names of those involved, as well as a description of what you are contacting us about.
While you can file a report anonymously, in order for us to best resolve your concern, it is helpful to provide your name and contact information.
To file a report online, click the "Get Started" link, below, or, if you would prefer to speak with someone, please call 877-834-1550. This line is answered 24/7 by a live operator who is not a CoreCivic employee. The operator will take down your information and send it to us. Please provide the operator with the name and location of the resident you are calling about.
Report an IncidentThis system makes it easy to report an incident or concern in any CoreCivic facility. Click the button below to get started on your report. Please include all relevant information including the resident's name.
