Each year, CoreCivic partners with the Salvation Army through its Angel Tree program, which organizes donated gifts and supplies for children and senior citizens during the holiday season. CoreCivic employees in Nashville, Tennessee, adopted 55 angels to give supplies and Christmas presents. After the gift donations were compiled, CoreCivic volunteers helped organize the gifts at the Salvation Army's local distribution center to send home with the recipients.
