For a quarter of a century, CCA has hosted the Chairman's Charity Golf Classic to generate funds for charitable organizations that serve the Middle Tennessee community. The event benefits dozens of nonprofits whose work directly reflects CCA's giving mission: To provide assistance and resources to former offenders, victims of crime and underserved youth.
The 2016 event, held on September 22 in Nashville, raised $473,000 for 27 charities – the most raised since the tournament began.
"For 25 years, the CCA Chairman's Charity Golf Classic has existed to make a difference in Middle Tennessee," said Tony Grande, CCA Charitable Foundation Chairman. "The well-being of our community and its residents is paramount, and we are thankful for the support of those who have joined us over the years to ensure that these organizations continue their important work."
