CoreCivic has received results from last week's inmate COVID-19 testing at Trousdale Turner Correctional Center in Hartsville, TN. The testing was conducted Tuesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 23 at the facility, in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC). Results of the targeted testing for inmates are as follows:

Total inmates tested: ­­233

Total negative results: 143

Total positive results: 88

Pending tests: 2

All of the inmates were asymptomatic at the time of testing. The facility is currently conducting contact tracing for all staff and inmates.
