Facility Leader: Ashley Howard
Ashley Howard began her corrections career in April of 2018. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, she started as a Case Manager at Lee Adjustment Center in Beattyville, Ky. During her time as a Case Manager, she was also the Moral Reconation Therapy program manager, facilitated and taught P.O.R.T.A.L. New Directions, was the Team Leader of the LAC Crisis Negotiation Team, and was a member of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Crisis Negotiation State Training team. Ashley was promoted to Unit Manager in 2021 and held that position until accepting the Facility Director position at Ghent Residential Reentry Center in July of 2023.
