Monica Delgado has served as facility director at El Paso Muti-Use Facility (MUF) since August 2021. Monica joined CoreCivic in March 2020 as the Assistant Facility Director for both El Paso MUF and El Paso Transitional Center. Her career in corrections began in 2007 with Avalon Corrections as an intake coordinator.
