Facility Leader: Demetric Godfrey, Warden

Demetric “D.J.” Godfrey joined CoreCivic as warden at the Crossroads Correctional Center in June 2024. Prior to joining CoreCivic, Warden Godfrey was with the Montana Department of Correction where he held a variety of roles, including a position in Contracts and Placement Bureau, as an associate warden, as well as in technology security. Warden Godfrey received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Alabama and earned a master's degree in management and leadership from Liberty University.

Community Activities

Eight local high school districts; the American Cancer Society; Outside Inmate Work Force Crew; Local projects for the City of Shelby.
